Iran and US agree on ‘guiding principles’ of nuclear deal, Tehran says

American and Iranian negotiators agreed on "guiding principles" for a mystery peace deal during the second round of talks on Tehran's nuclear program, according to the country's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi.
