HP, First Solar, Workday And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Wednesday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were higher this morning, with the Dow futures gaining around 0.1% on Wednesday.

Shares of HP Inc (NYSE:HPQ) fell in pre-market trading as the company reported better-than-expected first-quarter financial results but issued second-quarter GAAP EPS guidance below estimates.

The company reported quarterly earnings of 81 cents per share, which beat the analyst consensus estimate of 77 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $14.438 billion, which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $13.943 billion.

HP shares dipped 5.2% to $17.25 in pre-market trading.
