DOJ sues NJ Gov. Mikie Sherrill over bid to ban ICE from making arrests in jails, on state property

The Justice Department has slapped a lawsuit against New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill (D) over her executive order to shield Garden Staters against Immigration and Customs Enforcement raids on state property.
